Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you should contact us at sociallyawkwardtee@gmail.com. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address: 625 Broadmoor Dr. Chesterfield, MO 63017.
Once the exchange has been requested and the item(s) are returned/accepted, your exchange will be processed according to details provided in emailed correspondence from sociallyawkwardtee@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us for any return question at sociallyawkwardtee@gmail.com.
